Winthrop Argyle Ventures is the independent consulting and investment firm of Uday Khedkar. Uday has spent his career on the operating side of business: as a general manager, CFO, turnaround leader, new-venture builder, and marketing strategist. He works with founders and small to mid-sized companies that are ready to grow up, or getting ready to sell.

Winthrop Argyle Ventures is the home of my personal search fund. I look for businesses where technology can change how an entire vertical works, and where I can help a company do things differently and scale. Belltower Partners, which brings AI to law firms, is an example of the kind of opportunity I pursue.
